Best Brides - Bromley Civic Centre - 1st February 2015
Between 11am and 4pm over 47 exhibitors can be seen at this established wedding fair, Bromley\'s biggest and longest running. Situated in the heart of the Civic Centre the Old Palace was built in 1775 for the Bishop of Rochester.

Since then the original Georgian building has had several additions including a colonnaded veranda running the length of the south side of the building. The immaculately kept grounds include a lake, a large lawn area with mature trees and rose bushes and shrubs to the rear of the Palace.

Your guests enter the building from the courtyard into the entrance hallway, containing a striking wood panelled staircase, decorated with carvings over the entrance. Three rooms make up the ceremony suite, all overlooking the grounds and include the Old Library and Drawing Room each with original fireplaces, and the Ceremony Room.

After the ceremony parties can leave directly into the grounds via the French doors onto the colonnade. The grounds are a peaceful haven and the perfect location for photographs, particularly during the summer months.
