Set in a stunning 40 Acres of garden and parkland there are plenty of spots for incredible photographs at all times of the year. There are 10 Bedrooms included within the venue hire fee as well as BBQ, Hot tub, Sauna, Gym, Tennis court, Volleyball court, Croquet lawn and much more. The building boasts stunning rooms with beautifully restored Victorian architecture, vaulted ceilings and oversized picture windows overlooking the river. We can accommodate weddings from 30 guests right up to 200 Couples have the freedom and flexibility to select their chosen caterer, or we offer a wedding package for those who prefer an inclusive price. Our dedicated Wedding Coordinator will be on hand to help with every stage of your plans as well as on the 'Big Day' itself!

A wedding in a Windmill; the perfect location to create the best memories for such a special day! Enjoy time with loved ones in a peaceful, cosy and unique venue! Ceremonies take place in our beautiful round Dining Room for which we hold the wedding licence. We aim to gear the entire day around exactly what you want – some people prefer a small and informal affair, others like something slightly larger and more formal. Please note that our licence only allows us to have an absolute maximum of 26 people including the bride and groom in the ceremony room. We can accommodate up to 50 with the use of a marquee in the garden and the ceremony taking place in our gardens or in the marquee. All of our packages include one or two night stays in the Windmill, sleeping up to 22. Our experienced team at Cley Windmill will be with you every step of the way, from first viewing and planning to being there throughout the day. With in house catering, our chef will be part of your planning process, creating the perfect menu for your special day from BBQ, afternoon teas, canapes, buffets to a 3 or 4 course meal.

Situated in the glorious North Norfolk countryside, Bessingham Manor is an award-winning Victorian Manor House set in five acres of private grounds. The manor has been faithfully restored to create the elegant surroundings of a bygone era and it will be exclusively yours, for your bespoke wedding. We offer civil ceremonies accommodating up to 120 guests within the manor with the option of erecting a marquee or tipi to accommodate up to 200 within the grounds. There is overnight accommodation for up to 25 guests and ample parking for your big day. Bessingham Manor operates on a venue only basis giving you the freedom to have the wedding of your dreams. By booking ‘venue only’ hire, you can really put your stamp on your big day. You are free to choose your own caterer, bar services, musicians, evening entertainment, photographer, videographer, decorations and much more. We can give you a list of suppliers to help you get started and talk through any ideas you might have at your planning meeting. One of the best things about venue only hire is that you do not pay corkage. You can bring in your own drinks – including bottled beers, wine and champagne and we will not charge you a fee to do so.
