Overlooking the Broadwater Lake and with far reaching
views over the Surrey countryside, Oatlands Park Hotel
stands within 10 acres of parkland and is the perfect setting
to hold your wedding celebration.
Oatlands Park Hotel is steeped in royal history as it was
quite literally built for a king and queen. The magnificent
grounds were originally the site of a grand Tudor palace
built by Henry VIII in 1538. Other monarchs, including
Elizabeth I, James I and Charles I, also resided at Oatlands
during their reign.
Over the centuries, the house and grounds have been
rebuilt and remodelled several times, and in different styles,
by a string of wealthy tenants. Oatlands Park opened as a
hotel for the first time in 1856.
The current owners bought the hotel in 1986 and have
lovingly restored and refurbished it, retaining the unique
character of the listed buildings and grounds.
Oatlands Park Hotel is now a 4-star country house hotel and
a very popular wedding venue throughout the year.
The stunning views offer plenty of photo opportunities and
our gardens allow more space to entertain guests too.
We have a range of impressive event spaces available
to host your special day, from catering for the small and
intimate, to the larger festive weddings
