Here at The Vermont we also offer weddings in our iconic Rooftop bar Above. Getting married with Newcastle city centre skyline as your backdrop will make an unforgettable experience. The Vermont Hotel boasts an interior with mirrored pillars and tables, luxurious soft furnishings, heavy drapes, and crystal dripped chandeliers. The glittering accents contrast with the dark and decadent colour palette, amplifying the luxurious and contemporary feel of the space. With three spectacular function suites, every wedding is different as each couple creates their own perfect day. The venue is licenced for civil ceremonies, but neighbours some beautiful churches and St Nicholas' Cathedral, giving you several options for your ceremony. The venue is also close to some top-quality photographers, offering endless backdrops for your wedding day album. Alternatively, stand on top of the property's exclusive rooftop terrace, ABOVE, and capture them all without leaving the comfort of the hotel.

The Vermont Hotel is a four-star hotel that offers five-star service. The venue's team were judged wedding coordinators of the year and remain by your side from start to finish. With just one wedding celebration per day, you and your partner have the professionals' undivided attention.
Added extras in your packages include a complimentary menu tasting to refine your wedding breakfast to your specifications. Complimentary wooden chairs, ivory and red aisle runners, cake stands and table linen are also yours for the day. The hotel also owns two Rolls Royce's and can be hired to chauffeur the wedding party. One hundred one-bedrooms are available to book, including the east castle suite and The Presidential Suite for the happy couple.
