The UK Wedding Event's first visit to York Racecourse in 2025 is penciled in for Sunday 9th March. The venue is a fabulous location, with ample free parking and the ability to house more than a 100 top class exhibitors to help you plan your special day. All visitors to North Yorkshire's biggest and most popular wedding show are greeted by a champagne reception and receive free tote gift bags to collect information from the exhibitors throughout the day. Over 100 wedding suppliers will be in attendance on the day and guests will also be treated to two sensational catwalk shows. The Parsonage boasts a license to hold Civil Wedding and Partnership Ceremonies for up to 100 guests as well as offering a function room large enough to cater for up to 200 in the evening. The UK Wedding Event is thrilled to be staging another intimate wedding fayre at the beautiful York Pavilion Hotel on Sunday 29th June 2025 The venue itself is a Georgian grade II listed country house, situated just a mile outside York city centre, with spectacular landscaped gardens, lawns and a fairy tale courtyard. Step inside this stunning hotel and be inspired for your big day by some of best wedding suppliers in the region. All visitors will be greeted by a drinks reception and a free gift bag on arrival to the bride. Admission is free on the day from 11am but everyone is asked to pre-book tickets for the event for a fast track entry.
