Join My Wedding Vibe at RNLI College, Poole, on Sunday 31 January 2027, 11am–3pm. Meet a carefully chosen mix of wedding suppliers in a relaxed, welcoming setting. Timed arrivals at 11am, noon, 1pm and 2pm; you can stay longer after arriving. Quiet Hour from 2pm has lower music and no tannoy announcements. Tickets cost £5 per wedding party of up to four adults, plus the booking fee (£6.13 at checkout). Under-16s are free with a paying adult. Step-free ground-floor access and accessible toilets. Some on-site parking is available, subject to availability.

Instead, we’re creating an experience that encourages couples to stop, get involved, ask questions, try things out and make genuine connections with the people who could help bring their wedding day to life. Our aim is simple: less browsing, more doing. Less awkward small talk, more meaningful connections. ✨ Interactive Exhibitor Stands Exhibitors will be encouraged to create stands and experiences that invite couples to participate, explore and connect. Whether that’s trying something, tasting something, creating something, seeing a live demonstration or simply having a proper conversation, every stand should give couples a reason to stop and engage. We want suppliers to be memorable, not just another business card in a goody bag. 🎓 Hourly Masterclasses Throughout the day, we’ll host a programme of fun, informative and interactive masterclasses covering a range of wedding-related topics. An immersive wedding showcase where couples can meet welcoming wedding suppliers, see their work in person and ask questions. Around 20 to 25 suppliers will set up their spaces as they would look on a wedding day. Walk round at your own pace, with no pressure to book on the day.
